Alex Molden, YSAS

Alex was a cornerback at the University of Oregon from 1991 - 1995. After his senior year Alex received first team All Pac-10 and first team All-America honors. He was the 11th overall pick in the 1996 NFL draft, and pursued a 9 year career playing for the New Orleans Saints, San Diego Chargers, Washington Redskins, and the Detroit Lions. He was inducted into the University of Oregon athletic Hall of Fame in 2008.
He now enjoys using the knowledge he gained as a collegiate and professional athlete as well as his continued education in the sports performance industry to formulate speed, agility and power training programs to help athletes become better athletes and good athletes become elite athletes. Alex's training center around 5 components which can be incorporated into any dynamic sport; linear speed, lateral speed, change of direction, foot-quickness and explosiveness.
Alex is the Director of Alex Molden Training and is a sport performance specialist at Nike World Headquarters. He also holds a degree in Psychology, an International Sports Science Association certification, youth fitness trainer certification, youth speed & agility specialist and is S.P.A.R.Q. certified.

Coach Barrera is a dedicated teacher and coach of performance enhancement training. He has spent the last 8 years developing programs for athletes of a athletes of all sports, specializing in speed, agility, and quickness training. As an athlete Henry was rewarded for his dedication and work ethic by being named the NCCAA Division II National Basketball Player of the Year in 2000. Henry is currently the director of
Speed-4-Sport Training and has broad range of experience working with athletes. he is a Nationally Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist as well as a Certified Nike SPARQ trainer.
